3 Account Registration

- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active juan355 account. Creating multiple accounts โ whether under the same or different identities โ is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juan355 login credentials. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Prohibited Conduct

- You fail to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;

- Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, juan355 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real-money funds and bonus funds. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach โ such as voluntary closure or inactivity โ any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks.
